I bought a Thomasville leather couch and recline seat. I paid around. $3,950 including a guarantee program.inside the first-year the colour beginning arriving off the piping round the pillows of the couch. I approached the guarantee organization but since was within first-year I had a need to contact shop. That we did plus they sent somebody out to repair it immediately. It had been ok for awhile but began arriving down again and so I approached the shop again, today the couch was in its second-year, the shop delivered somebody out again to correct. This technician not just noticed the colour returning down but stated
The chair pillows and hands didn't have sufficient clear-coat in it, and so the back of the couch was shinier. He fixed all he noticed incorrect. Many months following the last repair and into third-year, I again named the Furniture shop due to the same issue. The individual responsible for customer support ripped my purchase and advised me the couch was out-of guarantee and might provide me a title of the technician.
I explained they'd simply come many months before, out-of guarantee, to correct the couch. The lady was really rude. I expected to get a exceptional and he or she mentioned couldn't hand out that info. I discussed that over $2,000 was lots of cash to cover a couch for this to become occurring which the issue had never been taken care. She was rude and essentially hung-up on me.
