Mike's furniture I purchased a new leather couch, chair & ottoman. The couch sagges, leather tore. Less than a year old

I purchased a new leather couch, chair & ottoman from mike's furniture, sept. it is a benchcraft. It is sagging, leather is ripping. Still under warrantry, but they will do nothing.
