Back in August I visited Levin Furniture on Broadway (Cleveland area). I purchased a couch, chair and ottoman. I did not care for my salesman because he kept rounding the prices UP. When I brought it to his attention he just chuckled and kept the prices rounded up. Then he told me the ottoman was a "factory drop". He did not explain what this meant, but told me I would have to pick up the ottoman myself. (I wondered why was I paying $89.99 for delivery if I have to pick it up?) Anyways I asked to speak to a manager and she was very nice. She apologized for the price mistakes and took off the delivery charge and explained to me that the ottoman was being discontinued so they could not hold it until actual delivery therefore I have to pick it up myself. Fine. She told me they would call me when the ottoman arrived. Last week they called to tell me they were ready to deliver the furniture... BUT they sold all of the ottoman's so I wasn't going to get one! The salesman never pulled the ottoman nor did the manager. The manager told me to pick out something else. It's a brown leather set, so it's hard to match. I wound up cancelling the order and buying from Wayside Furniture. Hopefully they will be competent and I will receive ALL of my furniture!
