After getting into our new home, on 2/19 my spouse and that I went searching for a sofa for the family room. We wind up investing in a sofa from Areas Endless and therefore are informed the purchase will require everywhere from 8-10 months. At 11 months we get a phone stating our sofa is in, we put up a shipping day and we get a sofa THAT'S NOT THE ONE WE REQUESTED! Or could it be within the shade we requested. We go back to the shop 24 hours later and also to our shock, the supervisor can't locate something wrong with this order form. For whatever reason, once the purchase was joined in to the pc directly after we quit the shop and taken care of the sofa, someone changed the stock quantity and that's why we got the incorrect couch design and shade. Therefore the supervisor guarantees us that people may get the sofa in four weeks. Okay, we are able to delay. Not a problem.
Four weeks comes and moves, no sofa. 6 months go, no sofa. Every time we contact the shop, they provide us a brand new shipping day. After 2 months, my spouse turns up personally and talks towards the supervisor and sales person who offered us the sofa. We get a prepared declaration stating our sofa is likely to be in NO LATER THAN 6/27. We obtain no-call and so I named Areas Endless nowadays 6/30 and you know what! Your sofa will not be in till 7/11 since the producer WENT FROM MATERIAL!!! Are you kidding me!? Therefore IF we really obtain the couch on 7/11, we shall have waited over 20 months to get a sofa! This really is undesirable and positively absurd!
