Bobs discount is a scam. I bought a sectional item that included an ottoman. After having this piece for annually the ottoman start to break apart. After i puchased this item i also purchased an addtional guarantee. I place in a a repacment in january advertisement it's know the center of may but still no ottoman. I named the store and that i hve been hung on from the assume to become high-ranking individual the "boss". Our ottoman is pushed off in to a part since it look bad after i have organization how is this for customer support. It i advertisement it my means i'd warn others not to buy furniture from this store they dont careabout you it's about your cash.
