Broken "NEW" Furniture and still waiting!

I bought my new couch and ottoman in February.in September the back of my couch broke and the leg of my ottoman fell off! I called the Hank's custormer service department in Little Rock and was told by Christy that it could be repaired and she would contact me via e-mail to set it up.

I found out that I had to bring the couch all the way back to the store for it to be repaired or they could come pick it up for $75.00! That is $75 to pick it up and $75 to bring it back. I was also told that the new leg for my ottoman would be at the store in 4-6 weeks. I was also accused (by Christt) of misusing my ottoman. The leg just fell off! How can that be misusing it???

It is now November 26th and as of today, still no leg! The couch was repaired after I hauled it back to the store and then rehauled it back to my house. It is fine now but I'm afraid for anyone to sit on it incase the rest of it is built like the back of it.

So far, I have been lied to everyperson that I have talked to. They said it would be here in 4-6 weeks - LIE! They said that Christy would call me (I have been told that at least 5 times) - LIE! I was told by the store employees that the manager would call me (numerous times) - LIE! Not to mention the numerous times (and gas waisted) that I have been in the store to see if the leg was there.

Come on Hank Brown! WIse up, fire Christy, and get me my leg!!!
