YunSen Tech LLD Did not refund my $55.00 when I cancelled the order. They acknowledge the cancellation but keep telling me they will refund my money as soon as possible. I cancelled Nov. 30. Hong Kong

I ordered a eReader tablet on ebay and paid $55.00 by papal Nov 29. When I realized shipping was $35.00 I cancelled the order on Nov. 30, stating that I wasn't paying $35.00 for shipping. YunSenBuy.com responded that I would have to wait until Dec. 28 for my refund because of holidays. I waited until Dec. 28, and no refund came. I emailed them in January 20,21, February and March. If I got a response it was always an apology and promise to pay as soon as possible. They didn't have to wait for my $55. Originally, why can't they return my money after more than 90 days.
