Original order on line in June. Delivery in 7-10 working days. No product delivered.
* CC billed for shipping 7/13/11
* CC billed for product 7/31/11
*Phoned July 10 talked to Joshua#814. Will file tracking report thru US Postal Service (really) Asked to talk to supervisor. Was told there were no supervisors there at this time (again, really)... He would contact me with the results of the USPS search. Never heard from again.
*August 17 Talked to Lorraine # 356. No documentation on file from previous call with Jacob#814. Will send out refund in 7-10 working days... Nothing!
*Sept. 10 talked to Bonnie #243. So sorry, will send refund for product and shipping. Refund should arrive in 7-10 working days.
*November 11, talked to Teresa #212. So sorry for problem. Will send out a check refund for complete charges. 7-10 business day to receive.
*Contacted my Bank. Letter of Dispute sent out January. No communication from HCG EXTREME to this date!!!
