I ordered a skirt from Spiegel on March 15.
On March 18 I emailed them that the discount was not applied to my order. They corrected that.
The skirt was 19" long instead of 25" long as advertised. I returned the skirt on March 21. Eugene said on the ohone that they receieved it on March 31.in that package I requested an exchange for another skirt, 25" long and was told it would ship May 16.
I emailed them requesting a ship date for the skirt. (May 18)
On May 26 I got an email stating the skirt was not available and they would issue a credit to my card. That was the last I have heard from them and was put on hold for 33 minutes when I called today, June 20.
