I applied for mystery shopper and it was a big mistake but I filled out all questionaires that they had. I cancelled membership on 09/12 and they were suppose to refund the 49.95 onto the account. They told me that on 09/26 I will get the refund back but nothing happen. I called again on 09/26 to tell them that I did not get the refund and want to see what happen. Then they informed me that they will provide information to the billing dept and that they will contact me with 48 business hours. So, then billing called and that they will investigate and will deposit. Then last week 10/12 they claimed that a refund was issued and will be deposited friday 10/14 til 10/17 back onto my account but nothing was deposit. Now DRI*SHOPPER claims that I have to wait another week due to computer problems.
I am getting excuses after excuses from them and I am so tired of the BS from everyone.
