There were No instructions with the underwater camera for assembly. No battery pack though it was promised both on ordering and follow up when it did not arrive. Sent two emails. I also bought an over priced DVR which did not work. Automated response (or stock answer) which told me to call tech support/customer service. I did that and after being on hold for 10 minutes was told I would not be getting a batter pack. She didn't know how to put the underwater camera together and I should contact the manufacturer. I was also told that the DVR would have to be sent back and evaluated then if defective another one sent back. All and all another 2 weeks of wasted time. Hundreds of dollars.
