I spent all my Bid Pack to the value of $245.92 and won the following Bids. Two months past and they still had not shipped the goods. I emailed them on numerous occassions, they advised that the supplier had failed them and they did not receive the stock. They said they would return to me the amount of bids I used to win the bids. I asked that they just refund the full amount of bids I purchased as it took them 3 months to advise me the stock would not arrive. These bids were suppose to be for xmas presents. I did not get my refund/returned bids. Below I have cut and pasted the order status from their site and clearly you can see they have just cancelled the order only.
