I placed order on website August.3 items/no shipping charge. 1 item came in Oct. I emailed to cancel other 2 items in Oct and was emailed back that my cc# would get refunded in 1-2 billing cycles. I waited. They had adjusted my refund so that I ended up being charged 10.00 shipping charge. I have emailed many times since Oct and I get no response. Their phone #'s are bogus. No human answers nor does anyone call back when I leave a message.
I am appalled at this let alone frustrated because of lack of human contact and no where to turn to for refund. I am done with online ordering. Phone calls only.
