September we purchased an 57" LG Tv with a home stereo system by LG. Geek Squad brought the system out and installed it. That very night the system made terrible popping sounds...
That was a year ago. Geek Squad has been out 5 time to "fix" the problem, they have not figured it out. Now they want to charge me to come try and fix a problem they have failed at for the last year, so much for that high dollar black tie protection warranty that covers everything. Best Buy does not care because they have my money.
Geek Squad just cant install or fix the system. I have now been on the phone trying to get service for 5 hours, last time it was only 4 hours.
Do not purchase from Best Buy!!! Best Buy and Geek Squad do not care about thier service or customers.
