Geek squad geek squad does not honor warranty, long delays, bad service, not knowledgeable try to sell add ons

Geek squad is told by best buy to prolong repairs and find a way to charge even under warranty. Lond delays unknowleagle help and lines in stores all make getting service a nightmare. Employees told me they can be fired for fixing a problem on the spot rather than taking computer in and delaying repair!
