I had a very positive experience with Best Buy Geek squad. I had purchased an LG DVD recorder. At 9 months the motor went out. The Geek squad told me they would fix it at no charge. LG then called me and told me that they were going to charge me the labor for a product that was in warranty and failed. I suggested that they would have a very unhappy customer on their hands if they made me pay for it, they refused. However, the Geek squad didn't feel it was right either, so they took back my LG and replaced it with a Sony for only the difference in price. Best Buy has a happy customer and I highly recommend their services.
