I had a very bad experience with A&E factory service. My whirlpool clothes washer did not work, thus I called whirlpool customer service and they scheduled A&E customer service for me, But it is just the beginning of my nightmare. First time, a guy came and checked my washer, then he said that he needed to order gasket to repair and then scheduled a service 10 days back. Also he charged me $200 on it. I paid $129 with credit card already. Next time, another guy came and checked the washer again, he told me that first guy ordered wrong part and he had to reorder another one and he rescheduled a service next day. But since then, no one showed up. I kept calling A&E factory service and Whirlpool customer service. They kept rescheduling service again and again and never showed up. I kept calling them and their agents lied to me all the time that their technician is on the route. I felt that I was cheated and fooled. Do NOT trust A&E factory service because they are liers.
