I bought a computer for 386 and took it back in 7 days because I was having problems. I try to get my money back. They told me I could not but they can fix it. I took it home and within 2 weeks more problems. I took the computer back in 30 days and they told me they could not give my cash back. Please do not do business at this store. They are prejudice and racist. A lady with the same computer behind me gave them her computer and they return her money. They only told me sorry no cash refund or exchange. They are a rip off company and a scammer. Beware of best buy in canton, georgia. I will never go there again. Walmart does better business than them. Customer service is the best policy for your business. Not tricking people out of their hard earn money. They return cah back after 17 days. My friend who is white told me they did it for her. I guess I was the wrong color. I am so tired of all this racism going around and favoritism. Consumers I am just warning you.
