Ripoff 30 day return - is that from the start of the trail of parts or the end. Chaska

I had problems with the computer since it came. I was told by this company my first would be 100.00 on my credit card but they charge 200.00. I WAS TOLD I could bring it back within 30 days but it was 30 days before i got every thing. The computer does not work they charged 1,500.50 on my credit card for a computer I can not use. I will give them their computer back i just want a refund so i can buy a good new computer. Thank you
