They are unwilling to honor their return policy

I bought a used computer, the computer tech found a problem with graphics card and worked on it for about 45 minutes. When I got the computer home, it would not play any videos and would freeze, forcing me to restart the computer. I was told I would have to bring the computer back when their tech with no computer or social skills comes back in on Tuesday. The receipt says: "NO cash or credit card refunds In store credit issued for items returned within 90 days of purchase In store credit is valid for six months from date of return Original sales receipt required for all returns No warranty or returns on batteries" when I tried to return it, I was told they have the right to fix the computer I bought and not let me get in store credit. Ridiculous! Don't ever buy a computer (or anything else) from Next Step!
