Best buy sold me a computer I could NOT use. They called it a media Center Computer. Was supposed to have A/V jacks and CATV jacks to hook up video & Tv. I told them this was what I needed when I went to the store. The saled clerk said "I have JUST what you need". Had problems whith the computer the second day after getting it home. (Other problems.) Had to take it back for repair. After getting it home again I tried to figure out how to hook up me Video cams and found out I could not do so. NO JACKS.
I tried to return it. The said the return was past 14 days and the policy was printed in the back of my reciept. My reciept is a 8.5 x11 piece of paper with electronc journal on it and NO refund policy on the back.
Also had bought a printer that was NOT just what I needed. I told them when I bought that (Along withe the computer) I needed to be able to make PARER copies. So I could not use the printer either. They did take the printer back.
Best Buy also has two kind of reciepts. One the give the customer. (With NO refund policy on the back as they claim in letters i got from them) And another kind that you sign when you make the purchase. (And you don't get a copy either. The store just wanted to make a QUICK sale to a customer even if they could use the product or not.
