On June 4th I brought a Compaq Presario Desktop computer for myself. I also bought the 2 year extended warranty that the cashier suggested. When I got the computer home the box looked like it ha already been opened and I thought I might have done that putting it in and out of the car. I set the computer up and all seemed well for the first few days, then it started not wanting to turn back on after shut down. If I unplugged it and plugged it back in it would come on. Then all of a sudden nothing come to find out the power supply is broken and the computer was a used computer Walmart just put back on the shelf after someone went into the computer and tried to fix it themselves.
This is not the first time I have bought somthing from Walmart that had been brought back and put back on the shelf. I can't get my money back or turn it in to HP because they will say I broke it. I paid $598.98 for the computer and $70.00 for the 2 year extended warranty plus tax that I will never get back because I know how that Walmart opporates and they just do not care.
