Almost two weeks ago (4/13), I purchased some Jabra BT8010 stereo bluetooth headphones. A few days after the purchase (4/18), I received a phone call that they did not offer this (they left me a voice mail).
I tried to call them three times last week (once on 4/18 and twice on 4/22) and left them messages every time... No one has called back. And, I have not been issue a refund. While I acknowledge they were out early in the week to celebrate Passover, that doesn't explain the rest of the week!
How much worse customer service could you have!? As soon as they couldn't fulfill the order, they should have issued a refund!
