Never received my product! Code did not work!

I purchased from savemore.com two movie tickets from Fandango for $12 on December 1st. The voucher said it would expire January 11th. After purchasing the offer, it took about a week until I realized I never received any type of email regarding the purchase or the promotional code offered for the voucher. I then emailed the company and asked what to do next. I received a reply that said to go to their site and log on for my code. I did and then went to use the voucher code given in order to purchase the tickets online from Fandango. The Fandango site said the code was not valid. I then emailed savemore again (I also called twice and left messages) asking about the wrong code. The reply said the company was working with Fandango in order to make the code correct and that another code would be issued. I, again, went to use the code and was told it was invalid. I then called Savemore and left another message about my frustration and wanting a refund. After calling at all hours of the day and leaving several messages, I was never able to get ahold of anyone. I have sent several emails asking for an explanation and a number to speak with someone, and the same response is given, "Sorry for the inconvenience. Please allow 5 days for your refund." After nine days, I wrote again and was told, "Sorry for the inconvenience. Please allow another 5-7 days for your refund." Looks like I'll never receive my refund.
