In March, I purchased an item from this retailer. Once it was installed, it was discovered to be defective — it was a stereo and had to be installed by a technician at a dealer.
I spent a month trying to get another sent to me. I was told that a replacement had shipped, but it never showed. I left messages to call my cell number and not my home, but they always called home and left messages. All they wanted to know is if I received the product. Although I left messages with them stating it needed replaced, this was never mentioned.
Finally, May 3 I spoke with John (the owner), he said someone would call back within 24 hours. Same day, received call from Linda, again all she wants to know is if I received my product. I explainded that it was defective and needed to be replaced — she said she would check into it and call back, but never did.
On May 10 I spoke with Bill and explained the situation. He said he would check into it and call back — never returned the call.
On May 13 I requested a refund and a pick-up be issued for the defective part.
It is now July 29 and I still have not recieved my refund. The part was picked-up the last week of May. I have called and left messages with the owner, with customer service, with the refund department. I have sent an e-mail. Nobody will return my calls or reply to the e-mail.
