I purchased a Jabra BT500 2/25/09. I received the wrong Bluetooth on 2/27/09. I emailed them, [email protected], & they told me to return it and they would send me the correct one. I have emailed, over 10 times, left messages, over 5 times, with no avail. I am tempted to go down there & get my money back. It will be one month in two days and I have yet to receive my Bluetooth. Do not be ripped off like the rest of us... Do not buy from them!
