Celluar one is defective jabra blue tooth. And they only give you a 2 week warranty to return only for an exchange. My husband and i bought 2 of them and 1 stopped working within 1 week. I took it back and asked for a refund and they said that they could give a refund but they would exchange it. I took the exchange. Sales person said that they do sell defective equipment whether thay are cell phones or ear pieces. A couple days later, my husband's quit working. We didnt exchange that one because we just might end up getting anouther defective ear piece.
