Ripoff of items undescribed and not giving refund

I had purchased my life rings on 2/28/06 and received them early March. I did not like the way they felt - VERY uncomfortable. I returned them on 3/7/06.

I called the week after and he said it takes 2 weeks to process refund. So I called 3/30/06; He said that he will tell accountant and will have refund by tomrrow. I called 3/31/06 and told him there was NO REFUND. He said that the $ I am to be refunded is no big deal because they make $3K a week. I will get my refund.

Still no refund!!! Now mailbox is full and won't take messages!
