Awful experience - delivery

I ordered a piece of furniture in mid-August, a few weeks later I called to find out the status, was told the ETA was early the following week. I call late the following week and they run a trace on the package, tell me logistics will call me with an update. Logistics never called, so early the NEXT week I call and find out that the product was damaged in transit (no one wanted to call me and tell me this), so I say let me have a refund (this must be done in an e-mail, you can't request a refund over the phone). Three days later I call to check on the status of my refund and am told it will take up to 14 business days to process it.

They don't reach out to the customer in any way, they don't give tracking codes for the packages, and they are apparently some of the slowest, laziest employees in the history of mankind.

I just want my money back but I have to spend the next 14 days hoping this isn't a complete scam operation.
