Hot Water Heater Complaint

We bought an extended service contract for our Kenmore Hotwater heater purchased at Sears and are so dissappointed in the repair service... The technician orginally came to fix the hot water heater and as soon as he left it went out again. We call immediately and were told that we would be on the emergency list for repair the next day. The next day was a Saturday and because the tech was running behind, he had to reschedule. We were told 3 different times that they were coming and they never showed. Took off work to have an appt from 8-12pm and then they pushed it out to 3:59pm and he still never showed up so that was a total day wasted to have something fixed that should have been fixed during the first service call.
Then when you try to call to complain you get the Customer Resolution team which is worthless and claims to be the end of the complaint cycle and when asked to speak to a manager they say they are the end of the line other than the CEO of SEARS... The customer resolution team talks to you like dirt and they say all calls are recorded but I don't believe it from they way they respond. I will NEVER buy another SEARS product let alone a SEARS warranty
