The customer service for Sears is horrible!!! They have messed up my repair appointments 2xs and I can barely understand the people on the other end of the phone due to their heavy accent (they must be located in another country cause when I asked the girl said she couldn't tell me). I did not make another appointment... I am so frustrated.!!! Poor customer service!!!
