I ordered unlocked Nokia cell phone and after 3 weeks got wrong model. Call them back and their customer support representative very nicely told me to ship it back for replacement. He told me that with new phone I'll get post fee reimbursement by check. They do not support cross shipment. After another three-four weeks I've got the correct model of the Nokia phone not in the original box, without any manual, with old battery (was all in scratches), no head phones, no reimbursement check. I was not able to turn this new phone ON. Call them again and ask them about all this stuff above. I was told they buy the phone only, but battery and power supply they purchase separately. Very nice. The CS said he will ship me another battery and charger on Jan. 27. Twice I asked the shipment confirmation on Feb. 3 and Feb. 9 2011. And even got the tracking No, that no UPS and no USPS can recognize it. Finally on Feb. 16 I request RMA to return my order and get my money back. This day I received the real tracking No from them which says shipment day Feb. 11. They were lying me for several weeks about the shipment when they did not ship it. Now they want 15% restocking fee for returning this order. Do not trust this site. They are fraud.
