Snowblower Repair Scheduling Led to Worst Customer Service Experience

Sears now has extremely bad customer service. I just recently experienced the worst customer service that I have ever gotten from Sears and over the past few years it's been pretty bad.

This experience involves a snowblower repair and appointment schedule.
