I think I am in the right position to say this as a furious customer. They should close down because they have poor product and bad service. I received my Protable DVD player however I have noticed some dead pixels on the LCD of my Portable DVD. I just couldnt understand why they had to talk their way out of the situation so easily, so uncaring, cant they just deal with the fact that their customers are poorly satisfied and that they have to do something about it. Im furious, thats all. Don't Buy there.
