Well what can i say I sell Sprint PCS and i think they Freakin SUCK. I have to tell the customer that if they have a problem i cant help them with it. They Have to call the so CALLED Customer Care Virtual Clare (Virtual Bitch) then i tell them when they call they will be bounced around from one freakkin computer to another and never talk to a human (what a Novel Concept) and when you do get someone that is human well least you think they are human. They will ask for a password GOD forbid if you forget it.
Anyway if you get some to talk to they are usually not the Brightest person in the world. They say they will fix the problem when in turn they done nothing but to screw it up.
Example I had a cutomer that bought a phone on a thursday it was cut off a few days later. They customer asked me to Fix the problem I sayed i would get it done. Because that is my job (if i sell you something and you have a problem i will try and fix it to the best of my ablility) So I called the customer care number i get the computer it tells me to put the phone number in well i put it in and i messed up ok so i do it again that kicks to somewhere i dont wanna be then i am like well they have to have some cheat were i can get to that HUMAN well the person said i needed the customer password WELL SINCE I SOLD THE DAMN THING you would think i wouldnt need that well the rep got pissy with me when i told them i sell the phone i should be able to fix the problem or at least find out what happen in case it was my fault so i could fix it on my end...
Well NO i need to get the Password... So i call the SO CALLED Indirect SALES REP for my area well he was about as helpful a seeing eye dog that is stupid... So i get the password from the customer which took along time because HIS PHONE DIDNT WORK... I call back to customer care which again takes about 20 mins to get to the area i wanna be then another 20 Freakin mins for the HUMAN to to say something well then The HUMAN says something that i thought was kinda werid he said he figured out why the phone was disconected i said cool NOW Fix it he said it was fixed then i asked when the phone would be turned back on and he said it would be 24-48hrs which then i told him unacceptable (OH yeah THE PROBLEM WAS SPRINTSPCS FAULT On why it was disconected)
If i were to activate a new phone it would be turned on in 2-4 hrs he said yes i said then why cant this phone be turned on in that time frame he said well that is how it works i said well i wanna speak with your Floor Supervisor because you dont know what you are Doing,,
BAck on a POWER HOLD I go, i wait then this woman comes online and says "she is the supervisor" Yeah right i used to be a Customer Sales Rep in a Call Center, she said she had it fixed for the time frame it should be in 2-4 hrs, then she had to say i was rude,, well that just pissed me OFF to no -end
I told her this conversation is being recorded for training purposes right she said yes, then go back to the tape and listen to it when we are done she then said the call was done i said can i have your name again Theresa she says yeah whatever i said what call center are you working at she says CL2 i was like that is a code that you use to give a month free of service, i then said is this a call center in Houston she said yes,
I said are you saying yes because you wont me to hangup or are you saying yes because its the truth she said its the truth, LIAR, then i said i want your general managers name at the call center so i can tell him HOW MUCH OF A BITCH YOU ARE Oh yeah dont forget to use this conversation as a training tape,, then i Hung up,, well the next day i did a test call to see if the phone was working GUESS WHAT!!! NOPE, i had my manager call them this time because if i called there agian i was gonna have a another Bad day...
REMEBER DONT EVER EVER EVER EVER use Sprint PCS service,, or Sprint Land Line,, THAT IS ANOTHER story
