It has only been six months since I last purchased Samsung
Flat Screen from Safe National of America when I've spotted some defects. First
was that, it doesn't power on fast enough, it takes about 10 seconds before the
screen appears. It wasn't like that before. Another is that the pixels appear
big on some areas. I've constantly called Safe National America about it and
they said they'd send a technician to see it. It had been 3 days now and not a
word from them, no technician came and I'm just so frustrated. I called once
again and was insistent about having it replaced. The reply of the sales
attendant caught me off guard. Well, he obviously didn't buy my complaint
telling me that the damage can only be fixed by the technician and a
replacement would have to be approved if all cases are found impossible to fix.
Excuse me, it had only been six months, and the warranty clearly implies I
could get a replacement if the product is deemed to malfunction in its own
course. Don't they have brains? I'm waiting for the technician to see it but if
I do get unsatisfied and still have to deal with the same problems again, then
they should brace themselves. Because I won't let that kind of bad customer
service pass me by without a fight.
