What a shame, I kept calling the company because the product had not been shipped on the agreed time. They had to at least be apologetic but it sounds as if theyre just making lame excuses. I would not have to deal with their bad service again, thats a relief though. I received my Sony Video Recorder two weeks after the promised date. Very Bad Services. I will not order again from this Company
