I was disappointed with the product I purchased;it is a Philips Wireless Headset. It had an unpolished look to it. Im very meticulous about that so I decided to return the product, hoping I could get a refund. I kept the receipt, the package was just slightly opened. I called the company about it and they just refused to give me a refund because of this and that. Thats a huge turn off. Apart from the poor quality, they obviously have poor customer service.
