I purchased a Blue DVD player at
Safe National America. But then after a week, the player broke. It wouldn't
budge open. So I called in and asked the store to replace it. I'd have to say
that it had been easy talking my way on having the product replaced, but I
should have known better. Three days later, I received another delivery. To my
utmost disappointment, the DVD player was a different model. The previous one
was the latest, and they replaced with a refurbished one. How many times do I
have to call or notify them before they get it right? So I made complaints and
asked them to deliver the exact order I made, and they said I have to wait for
about a week. That's too much inconvenience. And considering they're causing
too much delay, they should at least make up for it. I want my money back. I
should have been more satisfied if I brought it somewhere. That's just too bad.
If there's any consolation from this experience, that would be having to warn
people not buy there.
