When do people get refunds out of a product? Im just confused because I think I deserve a refund considering the product had been below the satisfaction they guarantee to their customers. I dont like the product; it did not meet my expectations. They have promised me that it is sealed and brandnew, but when my HP laptop arrived it has signs of usage and the seal is not intact on the BOX. Im not trying to be mean here. Im just a customer after all. I wan't to return the product but they are not answering.
