On 5 August, I ordered 3 sets of video game cards from ModchipCentral.com, and I was charged $128.80 ($39.95 each, plus $8.95 shipping). I received one box, with only one video game card in it. I waited, thinking that they would send the other two at a later date. Over a month later I still had not received what I had paid for, so I sent them an email asking when they were going to send me the rest of my order, which I had already paid for. They replied quickly, saying that they made a mistake and would send me the other two cartridges the next day. That was on 12 September. It is now the end of November and I have yet to receive the items I paid for. They took my payment the same day I ordered it, but I guess they don't plan on keeping their end of the deal. I feel pretty dumb, paying $128.80 for something they charge only $39.95 for.
