I ordered 4 items on order number 7747799218. Ordered on line because it stated free shipping on everything for orders $49 or more. Then said see details which i looked at. It showed exclusions as follows "Excludes baby items & kids furniture, video game consoles/handhelds, software, accessories, gift cards and buyer protection plans". 2 of the items in this order were video games. When I contacted customer service they said I wasn't getting free shipping because I ordered software. I argued with the rep but she insisted that video games were considered software. I gave worked with computers and software for over 30 years, video games have never been considered software. When I told the rep Iwanted to order canceled she told me I couldn't cancel it but I could send it back and pay for return shipping. Also said I couldn't return to store because of payment method used (what does that have to do with it) Never would have ordered 4 small items and paid 18.65 on shipping charges, which is absurd. Ordered because they said "Limited Time Offer. Free Shipping on Everything". (i did read exclusion list as stated above). Will never purchase from Toys R us again. From now on will shop and purchase on Amazon.
