I ordered a game, paid extra shipping and a month later still not delivered, already charged for it

I ordered a game from this worldwidedepartmentstore.com and paid extra shipping charge for this and one month later I still have not received it. I have contacted them 4 times and the answer is that it has been shipped. I have ordered other items from other sites and have had no problems.
