I ordered three video games with express shipping from Japan Video Games, was billed in full for all three, and only received two of them.
On 12/9/07 I placed an online order for three Japanese Playstation 2 games. I paid in full for all three games and the cost to ship them to me. I received my order on 12/12/07, but only two of the three games I ordered had been shipped to me. I had also paid for 2-day shipping because I needed these games before Christmas. I received Garou Mark of the Wolves and Samurai Spirits Tenkaichi Kenkakuten, but was missing Samurai Spirits Zero.
The day I received my order I called and asked about the missing game. The woman I spoke to gave me the impression that the game would arrive by 12/14/07. I called on 12/13/07 to see if I could get any more information about the missing game, and the same woman answered, threatening to cancel my order and treating me very rudely. I called back the same day and spoke to a man who said he would look into the situation and call me back, but never did.
When I did not receive the game on 12/14/07, I called back and complained to a manager about the rude woman. The manager apologized and said he would address the situation. Still having not received the game, I called again on 12/19/07 and spoke with the same woman from the previous week; she said she would check on the game and contact me back with its status. Several hours went by and no one contacted me, so I called back and spoke to the same rude woman. She claimed the game was going to be shipped out that day, but as of right now I still have not received the game in the mail.
The last call I made to this company was on 12/20/07, when I again asked to speak to a manager. The man who answered the phone asked me about my problem, put me on hold for a while, and then told me the manager also claimed that the game had been sent out on 12/19/07, and that it should arrive by 12/22/07. Again, I did not receive the game as I was told I would. I am tired of the poor customer service I have received from these people, and I want a refund of the purchase price of the game.
