On 12/08/09 at I went to Home Depot at 8:30 P.M. To purchase a 4'x4' post and have it cut down to a requsted size. When I went to the lumber department there were no employyes present. I noticed several Home Depot employees working in the aisle (approximately 6) and requested help. I was told that they were part of a "team" and would request other help. I heard the request for customer assistance and after 10 minutes requested help again. Again the request and no help came despite several employees working in the aisles. I went to the manager, "Christine" explained my situation and her response was "what would you like me to do now" after I explained the situation. I left the store.in a time of recession, the emphasis of stocking over customer assistance is poor judgment at best by your manager. I have easily spent hundreds of dollars previously at your store and am very disappointed with your manager and her lack of emphasis on customer service.
