I went into a Home Depot store on my lunch break to look for a refrigerator. There were 2 employees talking and telling stories, and not once did they ask if they could help me. Home Depot mails out lots of special discount coupons, but they give no customer service when you get to the store. No problem, another store sold me what I needed.
