On many, many, many occasions I have gone to Home Depot for various home improvement projects. You used to be able to find service from knowledgeable employees, but not anymore. You can hardly find an employee to help you, as they have a single employee helping customers in three or more other departments.
Since the new management team entered this store, it has gone downhill. I believe the manager is "Kevin." The older employees who used to work there have been "pushed out" for cheaper and inexperienced employees. Right across the street is Menards, and still Home Depot has taken the stance of dissing customers. I do not know why Home Depot corporate would put up with how this manager is running this store. Possibly they do not know, but if they do not know, they are not doing their job either.
I will never try this store again. Maybe another Home Depot, or possibly Lowe's. I have tried Menards, but there are too many inexperienced employees there, too.
