After going to home depot on, april 15 to purchase some building supplies i went to the checkout line and waited 10 minutes. The customer ahead didnot know the price of and item and decided to just leave the register to go outside to check. After 5 more minutes, i left. Don't know about the 4 or 5 prople behind me. I called home depot and later got a call apologizing for the lack of customer service and was promised a free gift certificate.By manager (?) dave. (he never gave mr his title.) more than a week later, nothing as i expected. Not only does h.D. Lack customer service. They lie as well. No more h.D. Now it's loewes for me. This home depot is in lancaster, pa. On fruitville pike.
