I had a terrible, terrible aweful experience with ABC warehouse. I purchased a JVC car stereo unit that the sales person along with the person that installed it knew nothing about. I was there 6 hours while they were trying to figure out and show me how to use it.in the meantime the sales person Glen was hitting on me (and was a married man) he asked me to go out with him, gave me his phone number on a abc warhouse card, also gave me his home address on a abc warehouse card and told me he would sell me some speakers really cheap and if I came to his house he would install them for me.
Needless to say the JVC unit I bought was defective (the bluetooth part of it anyway) ABC blamed it on my phone, so I went and bought a new phone, still did not correct the problem. When I asked if they would just pull the unit out and install the next model down they told me they would have to charge me a additional 60 dollars on what I had already paid for the first unit.
I have called the corporate office about this issue and it was still not resolved. Finally I was told by a sales person at ABC warehouse in FLINT MI that I could bring the unit back, unistall by a professional and would recieve a FULL refund on my credit card. Once I went to the store to recieve my refund they then proceeded to tell me that had to keep a 10% RESTOCKING FEE. I asked managment if they had this restocking fee available in print as I was unaware of such a fee and Manager raised his voice at me after Ignoring my question 2 times and finally told me

" NO we do not have that available here "

I then called corp office again and spoke with and explained how I was being treated and that I wanted to go higher up in corparate managment to get this issue resolved. THEY said that she would put a call through and they would call me right back because they knew I was still at the ABC warehouse store in FLint MI waiting on their call back and NEVER!!! Recieved a call back from corp. Headcourters.

What kind of way is this to do business???
I returned there item after only having it 4 days, why the 10% restocking fee? Especially if there was no posting's of the rule's of 10 % restocking fee.

Assitant Manager told me aggresively
" WE DONT EVEN HAVE TO RETURN THIS ITEM AT ALL, AND WALKED AWAY "

I have never in my life experienced such unprofessionlism from a company. I will never do business again, nor will my family or friends. I was treated so rudely from the management & assistant manager as well.

Also, when I asked to use ABC's phone to call corparate and figure out and speak with a corparate contact again our common contact that was aware of the issue, I was told by Assitant Manager TOLD ME " No, use your own personal phone to do so, and waved his hand and turned his back to me.

I've had it with this company and WILL NEVER EVER RETURN AND WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW!!!
