This company's warranty & protection plan suck! Columbus Nationwide

Ordered refurbished Apple Ipod online right from the company itself. First one arrived DOA. Second on lasted 3 months and died just like first one did. Returned it to be fixed as was under warranty, plus purchased extended protection plan (2 years). My daughter had not abused it at all! Never put in book bag or even purse. Always carried in hoodie pocket with its protective glove. It was never dropped or abused in any way! They claimed a small dent on the back and returned it with the warranty voided! They wouldn't even confirm that the small dent was the problem. They would not even check it out. I don't know where that small dent came from. Did not see it when we returned it. Don't believe the dent had anything to do with it not working as it did the same thing the first one did. I saved for a long time to buy my daughter that refurbished Ipod with the same warranty as a brand new one.

Purchased an Ipod as I believed Apple Company to be the best and purchased right from the company, online. Three months to work is very expensive! Will never buy another Apple product and we have many computers plus two teenagers that will be going to college soon.
